We operate on a pre-order basis. This means that our collections are only available during specific periods. If an item is marked "sold out," the current pre-order phase has already closed. We always publish information about new sales launches in advance on our Telegram channel.

⚠️ Important note:

After the pre-order phase concludes, items will go into production.

Production time can take several months, usually between 2 and 4 months, as all Christmas tree ornaments are handmade in small batches.

Shipping


  • All orders are shipped with DHL

  • Free shipping within Germany for orders over €300

  • For orders under €300, shipping costs within Germany are €5.90

  • We also deliver to other EU countries, with shipping costs of €25

Online Shop Ordering Process

After the sales launch is announced on our Telegram channel, the Christmas tree ornaments will be available for pre-order in our online shop.

The ordering process is the same as for a typical online shop:


  • Add products to your cart

  • Enter your delivery address correctly

  • Select your preferred payment method

We accept PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, and credit cards.

After successful payment, you will receive an automatic email with your order confirmation.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

Secure Packaging & Returns

We pack our Christmas tree ornaments with the utmost care, so transit damage is extremely rare. Detailed information on returns and guarantees can be found in our returns policy.
