I would like to place an order. There is currently nothing in stock on the website.

We announce pre-orders in advance via our Telegram channel, where we also publish the date and exact time of the sales launch. Once sales begin, the Christmas tree ornaments will be available in our online shop (chriorn.de), can be added to your cart, and pre-ordered directly.

How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?

Once the required number of Christmas tree ornaments has been reached, we close pre-orders and submit the order for production. Production times are not precisely fixed and average around 2 to 4 months. Therefore, we recommend subscribing to our Telegram channel to stay informed about current announcements.

Finished orders are shipped in the order they are received.

Why is it better to order Christmas decorations at the beginning of the year?

We strive to offer you Christmas tree decorations that are not freely available in Germany. These are exclusive collections that are manufactured especially for us by the factories. The production capacities of the factories are heavily utilized, which is why manufacturing can take several months. For this reason, we recommend placing orders as early as the first half of the year to receive the desired items in time for the season.

Caring for Christmas tree decorations

Glass Christmas ornaments are more than just festive decorations. Each piece is handmade – with great attention to detail and a feel for atmosphere. With careful handling, it will accompany you for many years and become a permanent part of your family memories and Christmas traditions.

To preserve its beauty and elegance, we recommend observing the following instructions.

Proper Storage

Choose a suitable storage location
A dry room at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight, is suitable for storage. Sunlight can affect the color intensity of the paint over time.

Store each ornament separately
After the Christmas season, each ornament should be individually wrapped – ideally in its original packaging or in a soft bag. If the original packaging is no longer available, wrap the Christmas ornament in fabric or soft paper and then place it in a cardboard box or a plastic container with a lid.

Secure fastening
We recommend using boxes with dividers or sturdy cases. This prevents the ornaments from bumping into each other and significantly reduces the risk of breakage.

Safety first
Store Christmas ornaments out of reach of children and pets.

Careful Handling

Hold with both hands
Always pick up Christmas ornaments carefully with both hands – especially elaborately shaped or relief-like models.

Use the hanging loop correctly
Hang the ornament only by the designated metal eyelet. Avoid touching painted surfaces and delicate details.

Gentle cleaning
Dust is best removed with a soft, dry brush or a microfiber cloth. Do not use water, cleaning agents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface.

Placement on the Christmas Tree

Choose sturdy branches
Preferably place the Christmas figures on firm, sturdy branches where they can hang securely.

Avoid heat sources
Keep the ornaments away from candles, fireplaces, and other heat sources to avoid temperature fluctuations.

Well-considered height
If there are children or pets in the household, we recommend placing particularly valuable or larger pieces higher up in the tree.

If an ornament is damaged

Glass is a delicate material. Should an ornament break:

  • do not pick up the shards with bare hands, but use sturdy paper or a damp cloth;
  • dispose of the broken pieces immediately in a place inaccessible to children.

May each ornament preserve the festive mood and carry on the warmth of the hands of our artists who created it especially for you.
