How to order?

If you are visiting our website for the first time, we recommend subscribing to our Telegram channel. There, we post all pre-order announcements as well as the date and time of sales launches.

We operate on a pre-order basis. This means that our collections are only available during specific periods. If an item is marked "sold out," the current pre-order phase has already closed. We always publish information about new sales launches in advance on our Telegram channel.

⚠️ Important note:

After the pre-order phase is completed, the items will go into production.

Production time can take several months, usually between 2 and 4 months, as all Christmas ornaments are handmade and produced in small batches.

Shipping


  • All orders are shipped with DHL

  • Free shipping within Germany for orders over €300

  • For orders under €300, shipping costs within Germany are €5.90

  • We also deliver to other EU countries; shipping costs are €25

Online Shop Ordering Process

After the sales launch announcement on our Telegram channel, the Christmas ornaments will be available in our online shop and can be pre-ordered.

The ordering process is the same as for a typical online shop:


  • Add products to the shopping cart

  • Enter the correct delivery address

  • Select the desired payment method

We accept PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, and credit cards.

After successful payment, you will receive an automatic email with the order confirmation.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

Secure Packaging & Returns

We pack our Christmas ornaments with the utmost care, so transport damage is extremely rare. Detailed information on returns and guarantees can be found in our returns policy.
